Homebuyer Prep 101: Where’s My Money Going workshop is a session that assists participants with establishing a "living budget". This workshop is the first of a two part budgeting course that addresses what lenders and grant programs look for when reviewing bank statements, the importance of money management, and the reflection of that management in your bank statements.

Homebuyer Prep 102: R.E.A.D.Y Budgeting session is geared towards first-time homebuyers looking to pre-qualify for a mortgage and/or grant assistance to purchase their first home. This session is second workshop in our budgeting series where we discuss what lenders and down payment assistance programs are looking for in the budget and bank statements, and how to make the necessary adjustments to qualify for each.

Homebuyer 101: Coaching to Closing workshops are for individuals working towards homownership but need assistance with becoming homebuyer ready. By reviewing the “Coaching To Closing To Do List”, we assist clients with aligning their focus and their current situation with the homebuying journey. This coaching is offered one-on-one or in a group setting.

Homebuyer 102: Homebuyer Readiness workshops are for individuals who feel they’re ready to purchase their new home but have some hurdles to overcome before reaching the closing table. In this workshop we discuss the true meaning of “homebuyer ready” and walk through the steps of how to successfully overcome financial hurdles to make it to the closing table and offically become a homebuyer. By working through the “R.E.A.D.Y Check List”, we go step by step through what it takes to prepare for closing and to have a successful homebuying journey. This coaching is offered one-on-one or in a group setting.

Homebuyer 103: Homebuyer to Homeowner coaching service focuses on strategies towards true homeownership where our clients have the Deed to their home in hand. This means no mortgage company to answer to. We cover strategies that can put clients on the path to paying off their home in less than 30 years. This coaching is offered one-on-one or in a group setting.
